In absence of bio-metric devices, Zimyo HRMS provides the following options to track the attendance of the employees:
- Web clock-in: There are some organizations that don’t have the availability of Biometric Devices at their office location. For those organizations, Zimyo provides the option to mark attendance through desktop/laptop assigned to the employees. Employees can mark there attendance through web browser which keeps track of their in-time and out-time.
- Remote clock-in: When the employees are working outside the office premises they can use the feature of remote clock-in to mark their attendance. The employees can remote clock-in through web-interface (using laptop/desktop) as well as Zimyo mobile app. The Zimyo Mobile app can track the exact location of the employees when remote clocked-in.
- Work from Home: When employees are working from home they have the option to apply for Work from Home. They can raise a request to their reporting manager for the time period they have worked from home.
