The manager can be assigned to an employee during the process of adding the employee into Zimyo HRMS. Navigate to Dashboard>Quick Actions>Add Employee(s).
In the “Reporting To” text field, assign the reporting manager of the particular employee.

Zimyo HRMS also supports the feature of assigning a manager to multiple employees in one go or assigning in bulk. To do so, navigate to Employee>Employee Management.
Select the multiple employees who are to be assigned with same reporting manager and scroll down to the end of the page where you will find “Choose Bulk Action Type” field, select “Reporting To” in that text field and add the name of the reporting manager in the “Select Reporting Manager” field that arises next and click submit.
In this way, multiple employees will be assigned to the same reporting manager.
